PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily preparing a multi-layered confectionery composition by improving the homogeneity in confectionery.SOLUTION: A method of preparing a multi-layered confectionery composition includes: (a) a step of feeding a confectionery composition into an extruder (b) a step of extruding the confectionery composition (c) a step of feeding the confectionery composition into a multi-layered extruder (d) a step of extruding the confectionery composition to form a multi-layered confectionery product and (e) a step of passing the multi-layered confectionery product into a finishing apparatus.
