PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new DIF-1 derivative which is a pharmacologically active compound derived from slime mold.SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, an agent for inducing cell differentiation of cellular slime mold, an agent for inhibiting the growth of tumor cells, and a sugar metabolism promoter, each comprising the compound or the salt.
