The disclosure describes a breast implant device product that mimics the natural pectoral fat of the breast and is characterized by an incomplete pyramid with isosceles triangular base and wedge-shaped edges and sloping faces that meet at acute angles with variable degree located medially, laterally, and on the top and a footprint characterized by a semicircular lower portion and an oval paraboloid upper portion and a center of gravity located closer to the footprint than to the profile, the said footprint is advantageously converging and moving towards the underlying surface as the chest wall with a method of manufacturing and a method of use of the said implant including a breast pyramid sizing system.La présente invention concerne un produit de dispositif dimplant mammaire naturel qui imite la graisse pectorale naturelle du sein et est caractérisé par une pyramide incomplète avec une base triangulaire isocèle et des bords en forme de coin et des faces inclinées qui se rejoignent à des angles aigus avec un degré variable situé en position médiale, latérale, et au-dessus et une empreinte caractérisée par une partie inférieure semi-circulaire et une partie supérieure paraboloïde ovale et un centre de gravité situé plus près de lempreinte que du profil, ladite empreinte est avantageusement convergente et se déplace vers la surface sous-jacente étant la paroi thoracique au moyen dun procédé de fabrication et dun procédé dutilisation dudit implant comprenant un système dencollage de la pyramide mammaire.
