A cannulated screw according to the present invention comprises: a body part, which includes a screw thread formed by protruding along an outer side surface and has a through-hole formed in the center thereof; and a head part of which one side surface is coupled to one end of the body part and the other side surface is formed as a curved surface of which the center portion is concave, and having a connection hole, which is formed in the center thereof and communicates with the through-hole. According to the cannulated screw of the present invention, the shape of the head part, which comes in contact with a guide wire, is formed as a curved surface of which the center portion is concave, so as to induce the guide wire to be located in the center thereof, such that a connection hole of the cannulated screw can be easily found. In addition, since a washer formed as a curved surface of which the center portion is concave is further included, the guide wire can be induced to be located in the center thereof even in a range wider than that of the head part, such that the guide wire can be easily inserted into the connection hole.
