PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for tibial articular surface restorative surgery capable of easily pushing up a depressed tibial articular surface to an original shape.SOLUTION: The instrument for tibial articular surface restorative surgery includes a pressing support part (13 or 23) inclined from a body (12 or 22) and a planar pressing part (14 or 24) bent from the tip end of the pressing support part (13 or 23). The pressing parts (14 and 24) comprise two tibial articular surface restorative impactors that are bent from the pressing support parts (13 and 23) to the outward and the inward with respect to the body center.
