A composition according to claim 1, containing the free base N- (4- {4-amino-7- [1- (2-hydroxyethyl) -1H-pyrazol-4-yl] thieno [3,2-c] pyridin-3- il} phenyl) -N '- (3-fluorophenyl) urea. 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein N- (4- {4-amino-7- [l- (2-hydroxyethyl) -1H-pyrazol-4-yl] thieno [3,2-c] pyridin-3-yl } phenyl) -N '- (3-fluorophenyl) urea or its salt is at a concentration of about 4-10 mg / ml.
