PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding apparatus capable of preventing the occurrence of abnormality in motion when increasing or decreasing the volume of holes of a flat perforated plate caused by the insertion of impurities into the space between the holes of the upper flat perforated plate and the holes of the lower flat perforated plate.SOLUTION: The apparatus 50 for feeding particulates is constituted so that the particulates staying in the holes 61 of the flat perforated plate 60 may be fed from a feeding port 55a. The flat perforated plate 60 has the upper flat perforated plate 70 and the lower flat perforated plate 80. The upper flat perforated plate 70 has protruded parts 73 protruded from the lower surface of the upper flat perforated plate 70, and holes 74 of the upper flat perforated plate 70 formed so as to penetrate the upper flat perforated plate 70 from the upper surface of the upper flat perforated plate 70 to the tips of the protruded parts 73 in the protruding direction. The lower flat perforated plate 80 has holes 84 of the lower flat perforated plate 80 into which the protruded parts 73 of the upper flat perforated plate 70 are inserted. The holes 61 of the flat perforated plate 60 is constituted of the holes 74 of the upper flat perforated plate 70 and the holes 84 of the lower flat perforated plate 80.
