PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an operation failure of a delivery plate when moving the delivery plate and a lower perforated plate in the axial core direction of the lower perforated plate by a position change means.SOLUTION: A delivery device 50 of a granular material is configured in such a manner that, when a perforated plate 60 is rotated around an axial core and a perforated plate hole 61 of the perforated plate 60 is made to communicate with a delivery port 55a of the delivery plate 55, the granular material stored in the perforated plate hole 61 is delivered from the delivery port 55a. The perforated plate 60 is configured by including an upper perforated plate 70 having an upper perforated plate hole 71 and a lower perforated plate 80 having a lower perforated plate hole 81, the perforated plate hole 61 has the upper perforated plate hole 71 and the lower perforated plate hole 81 and is increased or decreased in the volume of the perforated plate hole 61 by moving the delivery plate 55 and the lower perforated plate 81 by a position change means 90.
