PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting unit which comprises an aerosol container A equipped with a spray unit B, has a lock mechanism allowing a user to recognize the required number of times of spouting by feel, allows the user to reset the lock mechanism for starting spouting for the necessary number of times of spouting again after the lock mechanism is activated when the required number of times of spouting is finished and which shows stable spouting quantity constantly.SOLUTION: The liquid spouting unit is equipped with a rotating mechanism C1 for rotating a rotating member B5 around the nozzle for a predetermined angle by pushing-down of a cylindrical push button B9 mounted on an upper circumference of the nozzle B4 and the lock mechanism interlocked with the rotating mechanism and for inhibiting a stem from being lowered during the push button is pushed down for the predetermined number of times.
