PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the solubility of gas in liquid by generating superfine bubbles.SOLUTION: Liquid is pressurized by a pump for pressurizing liquid, and compressed gas is mixed into the pressurized liquid, and is further re-pressurized by a liquid pump, and is stored in a storage unit having agitation function for increasing solubility of the gas of the re-pressurized liquid, and superfine bubbles are generated by opening in the atmosphere while maintaining the gas containing liquid at an integral pressure in a pressure maintenance unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】極微細気泡を発生させ、液体内の気体の溶解度を高める。【解決手段】 液体を加圧するポンプにより液体を加圧し、加圧された液体に圧縮気体を混入させ、更に液体ポンプにより再加圧し、再加圧された液体の気体の溶解度を増すために、攪拌機能を持った貯留器により貯留し、圧力維持器で気体混入液体を一体圧力に維持しながら大気開放する事で、極微細気泡を発生させる。【選択図】図1
