PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct molding method and a direct molding device having no limitations of softness and rigidness, existence of adhesiveness, a softening point, a melting point, bending strength and the like of a material itself, enabling a material of an arbitral shape to be used in stead of a filament material, capable of molding a resin having a high melting point, and showing excellent productivity by shortening a molding time.
SOLUTION: The direct molding method and device of a scaffold enables a three-dimensional structure to be formed by extruding a heated and molten polymer material from a nozzle and controlling a spouting position of the nozzle using a gas compression dispenser. It is possible to prevent generation of an oxide resulting from thermal degradation of a material, particularly a biodegradable polymer and a bioactive substance by using gas (nitrogen and carbon dioxide) inert to the polymer as pressurized gas. It is possible to mold a resin having a high melting point such as polyglycolic acid and polylactic acid, and since the direct molding at a velocity of 20 mm/sec or more is possible, the molding time is short and the productivity is excellent.
