PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal or external use composition which inhibits a maillard reaction occurring in a living body, more concretely, inhibits a dry change of skin, the lowering of skin transparency, a diabetic cataract, and malfunctions of a blood vessel or a renal function.SOLUTION: The composition contains a tranexamic acid as an effective compound.
