PURPOSE: A liquid fertilizer fermenting apparatus is provided to reduce a time required for treating excrements with liquid fertilizers by supplying oxygen while the liquid fertilizers are fermented. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fertilizer fermenting apparatus includes an agitator(10), a raw water settling tank(20), a settling tank(30), a composting tank(40), a fermenting tank(50), and a covering unit(60). The agitator agitates urine and oxygen. The raw water settling tank applies heat to the agitated urine. The settling tank settles the heated urine to be separated into a solid part and liquid fertilizers. The composting tank removes the solid part from the liquid fertilizers. The fermenting tank supplies oxygen to the liquid fertilizers to be fermented. The covering unit surrounds the agitator, the raw water settling tank, the settling tank, the composting tank, and the fermenting tank. A deodorization tower(62) is installed on the upper side of the covering unit. The deodorization tower sucks foul odor generated from the fermenting apparatus and removes the bad odor by electrolysis.본 발명은 액비 발효장치에 관한 것이다.종래에는 가축 분뇨를 액체 비료로 형성하는 데 오랜 시간이 걸릴 뿐만 아니라 다양한 액체 비료의 생산이 어려운 문제가 있었다.상술한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 분뇨를 액비로 처리하는 시간을 줄이고, 다양한 발효 액비를 생산할 수 있는 액비 발효장치를 제공하고자 한다.이를 위해, 본 발명은 뇨액과 산소를 혼합하는 교반기(10)； 상기 교반기(10)로부터 교반된 뇨액을 공급받아 열을 가하여 저장하는 원수침전조(20)； 상기 원수침전조(20)로부터 공급된 뇨액을 침전시켜 고형물과 액비를 분리하는 침전조(30)； 일 측에 설치된 거름망(42)을 통해 상기 침전조(30)로부터 공급되는 액비에 포함된 고형물을 제거한 후 내부에 저장하는 부숙조(40)； 상기 부숙조(40)로부터 공급되는 액비에 산소를 공급하여 발효시키는 발효조(50)； 및 상기 교반기(10), 원수침전조(20), 침전조(30), 부숙조(40) 및 발효조(50)가 내부에 배치되도록 상기 교반기(10), 원수침전조(20), 침전조(30), 부숙조(40) 및 발효조(50)를 감싸는 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 교반기(10), 원수침전조(20), 침전조(30), 부숙조(40) 및 발효조(50)에서 발생 되는 악취를 흡입한 후 전기분해를 통해 상기 악취를 제거하기 위해 상면 일 측에 오존을 발생시키는 악취탑(62)이 설치된 커버체(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
