The invention provides a combining mechanism of a wheelchair and a car seat. The combining mechanism is a device used for assisting a disabled person to get on and off the car. The combining mechanism is composed of a seat, a seat framework, a moving mechanism, an elevating mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a sliding rail. The elevating mechanism can be driven to rise by manually operating a manual rocker or motor of the elevating mechanism, the seat framework can break away from fastening of the rotating mechanism, the moving mechanism can be manually pulled to rotate along with the seat framework, the seat framework can be pushed to move forwards in order to break away from the rotating mechanism, wheels on the seat framework can make contact with the ground and hold up the wheelchair to break away from the car, the disabled person does not need to change a general wheelchair. When the combining mechanism of the wheelchair and the car seat is installed on the car, the combining mechanism is a general car seat, and the disabled person can sit on the seat conveniently.本創作係提供一種輪椅與汽車座椅之結合機構，用於輔助行動不便者上下汽車的一種裝置，該機構係由座椅、座椅骨架、移動機構、升降機構、旋轉機構、弧形基座及滑動軌道組合而成；其中手動操控升降機構之手搖桿，可帶動升降機構上升，座椅骨架便可脫離旋轉機構的卡掣，並用手扳動移動機構與座椅骨架同時轉向，便可推動座椅骨架向前移動以脫離旋轉機構，使座椅骨架上之輪腳接觸地面撐起輪椅並脫離汽車，方便行動不便者不必再轉換一般輪椅，將此輪椅與汽車座椅結合之裝置安裝於車上時，便為一般的汽車座椅，以方便行動不便者乘座。
