PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod equipped with a narrow fishing line guide that does not prevent a loosened fishing line from returning to a normal track, and such a narrow fishing line guide.SOLUTION: A fishing line guide includes a holding part for holding a guide ring into which a fishing line can be inserted, a support leg part that extends from the holding part, and a fitting part that extends from the support leg part. The fishing line guide is attached to a rod body of a fishing rod at a predetermined fitting position through the fitting part. The support leg part is configured so as to become wider from the fitting part to the holding part.
