PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glutamine-containing nutrient composition which excels in solubility in an aqueous solution, imparts predetermined viscosity in a short time, and also excels in the dispersibility of glutamine.
SOLUTION: The glutamine-containing nutrient composition includes 30-50 mass% glutamine and at least one kind selected from guar gum and a hydrolyzate thereof, and a thickening polysaccharide (excluding the guar gum and the hydrolyzate thereof) and is constituted as an oral agent or an enteral agent.
