PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of executing a smooth and effective free medical treatment by appropriately disposing and fixing an air cell as a free medical treatment mechanism, and optimizing the direction and pressing position of pressing force applied to expansion of the air cell.SOLUTION: A front air cell 75a and a rear air cell 75b are arranged so as to surround a groove part 15a where legs enter. The front air cell allows a fixed part 75c to be fixed closer to a bottom part of a sidewall part 16a and the rear air cell allows a fixed part 75d to be fixed to a bottom part 16b. An expanding part of each air cell becomes much closer to an opening of the groove part relative to the fixed part.
