PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidrug type hair treatment agent which imparts, to the hair, a thick feeling such that the inside of the hair is filled up, and to provide a composition agent thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides a multidrug type hair treatment agent comprising a first agent and a second agent used after this first agent. Hydroxypropyl starch phosphoric acid, an oil solution, and a cationic surface active agent are compounded in the above first agent. Amino-modified silicone is compounded in the above second agent. The compounding amount of hydroxypropyl starch phosphoric acid in the above first agent is 3 mass% or more to 8 mass% or less. The compounding ratio of the oil solution to the hydroxypropyl starch phosphoric acid in the above first agent is 0.5 or more to 2.0 or less.
