The present invention relates to a foreign material inspection and trail management system for a mask pack. An objective of the present invention is to provide a foreign material inspection and trail management system for a mask pack, capable of stably reading and detecting whether or not a mask sheet is mixed with foreign materials when the foreign materials such as hair or sheet scraps are mixed into the mask sheet due to carelessness of an operator or environmental factors in a mask pack manufacturing process, and capable of automatically checking the abnormal state such as defective shape and damage of the mask pack, thereby more efficiently managing the defect rate in the manufacturing site. In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention includes a sheet forming device and a foreign material inspection device. The present invention further includes an integrated trail management processor, a defective sheet withdrawing device, a foreign material removal device, and a return supply device.본 발명은 마스크 팩 이물질 검수 및 종적 관리시스템에 관한 것으로；그 기술구현의 목적은, 마스크 팩 제조과정에 있어, 작업자의 부주의 내지 환경적 요인으로 인해 머리카락이나 시트스크랩 등의 이물질이 마스크 시트에 혼입될 경우, 그 마스크 시트의 이물질 혼입 여부를 안정적으로 판독 검출할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 마스크 팩의 형상불량 및 손상 여부 등의 이상 상태 또한, 자동으로 검수가능하게 하여, 생산현장 내에서의 불량률 관리를 보다 효율적으로 행할 수 있도록 한 마스크 팩 이물질 검수 및 종적 관리시스템을 제공함에 있다.따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는；시트성형장치와 이물질 검수장치를 포함하는 구성으로 하여； 여기에 통합 종적 관리프로세서와, 불량시트 인출장치와, 혼입 이물질 제거장치와, 리턴 공급장치를 더 구축되게 하여 달성한다.
