PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle configured to treat a nose.SOLUTION: A sprayer 104 comprises a spray nozzle formed of two components which are configured to couple with a lure lock structure being carried by a syringe. The spray nozzle has a nose stopper 138 and a stem 142. A preferable nose stopper has a tip part on a distal end which has a dimension suitable for insertion into an inside of a nostril of a child of a human being, a shield part on a proximal side is configured to inhibit excessive insertion of a discharge orifice into inside of a nostril. The nose stopper desirably causes a centering function for energizing so that the discharge orifice is separated from a wall face of a nose. One operable stem is configured to couple with the nose stopper, and desirably, carry an integrated screw structure 146 to the proximal end.
