PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the dyeing time while being able to dye a rich variety of colors such as brown and black by using plant dyeing or natural hair dyeing that is gentle on hair and skin without using diamine dyes and the like. A hair dyeing method that can be performed is provided. SOLUTION: An applying step of applying a hair dye to the hair of a subject, a maintaining step of maintaining the hair to which the hair dye is applied in that state for a predetermined time, and a hair dye from a hair maintained for a predetermined time after application A washing step of washing away the hair coloring solution, a color-development promoting step of applying a color-development-accelerating agent to the hair from which the hair dye has been washed off, and then washing the hair with a oxidative coloring shampoo. The hair dye contains a dye for dyeing vegetation such as henna or indigo, a lotion containing a polyphenol, a perspiration promoting agent, and sodium bromate. The color development accelerator contains iron ions and bentonite. The oxidative coloring shampoo contains brown sugar, trehalose, potash, and sodium bromate.
