PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image reading accuracy in a medical image relating a diagnostic imaging support system.SOLUTION: In the diagnostic imaging support system, when receiving a breast image acquisition request from an interpretation terminal, an image management server sets all the areas extracted in an image analysis instrument as areas to be individually displayed. The image management server refers to an overlooking rate table and sets the order of display of each of the areas in the descending order of the overlooking rate of a lesion. The image management server sends information showing the requested breast image, the position information of the areas to be individually displayed, and the order of display to the interpretation terminal. The interpretation terminal sequentially and individually displays the areas set as areas to be individually displayed in the image management server in the set order of display after displaying the entire received breast image in a display section.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】医用画像における読影精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】画像診断支援システムによれば、画像管理サーバは、読影端末から胸部画像の取得要求が受信されると、画像解析装置において抽出された全ての領域を個別に表示すべき領域として設定する。また、画像管理サーバは、見落とし率テーブルを参照し、病変の見落とし率の高い順に各領域の表示順序を設定する。そして、要求された胸部画像、個別に表示すべき各領域の位置情報及び表示順序を示す情報を読影端末に送信する。読影端末においては、受信された胸部画像の全体を表示部に表示後、画像管理サーバにおいて個別に表示すべきとして設定された領域を設定された表示順序に従って個別に順次表示する。【選択図】図7
