PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affordable and space-saving ophthalmologic apparatus capable of correcting measurement variation caused by temperature change.SOLUTION: In the ophthalmologic apparatus, a measurement light source 201 serves dual function as an eye refractivity measurement light source and a positioning light source, and a diffusion plate 222 is insertably and removably arranged at a substantially conjugate position in the eyeground Er of a subjects eye E. With the diffusion plate 222 arranged within a light path 01 of light beams emitted from the measurement light source 201, the ophthalmologic apparatus causes part of the light beams from the light source 201 to transmit through the diffusion plate 222 and to be projected onto the cornea Ef of the subjects eye E so as to perform positioning.
