PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgery device capable of irradiating a surgical laser beam to a more accurate position.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser surgery device 1 treats an eye E of an object person by irradiating a surgical laser beam to the eye E. The ophthalmic laser surgery device 1 includes a control unit 50, a light receiving element, a surgical laser beam source 2, scanning units 6, 10, and 18, and a reference light projection unit. The control unit controls an operation of the ophthalmic laser surgery device 1. The light receiving element captures an image of the eye E by receiving reflection light reflected by the eye E. The surgical laser beam source emits the surgical laser beam. The scanning units 6, 10, and 18 scan spots where the surgical laser beam is condensed.
