According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a hopper storing boiled bean supplied from the upper chute of a main unit and then discharging the same to the mesh belt an agitator agitating bean koji cultivated on the mesh belt a transfer unit transferring making a driving roller moving the agitator forward and rearward moved by riding on a guide rail and a transfer chain a rotary unit operating the mesh belt in a state locked on driving and interlocking rollers receiving power of the driving motor, and multiple tension adjustment guide rollers a discharge unit storing the bean koji dropped from the rotated mesh belt and moving the same to a discharge hole through a discharge screw a heat supply unit included a blowing fan and a heating unit which supply heat to the bean koji spread on the mesh belt and a chamber placed downwards the mesh belt to receive the heat supplied from the heat supply unit and sup the heat to the mesh belt.
