The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a discharge pipe member through which air including foul odors associated with domestic animals moves a mesh net member through which the air including foul odors associated with domestic animals moving through the discharge pipe member passes and a water supply member which supplies water to the mesh net member such that foul odors associated with domestic animals can be removed from the air including foul odors associated with domestic animals passing through the mesh net member.
