PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of achieving shortening of a hard part length of a tip end part including an imaging element of an imaging unit used for an endoscope or the like.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional wiring board 10 comprises: a front plate part 11 comprising on a front face 11a, an electrode pad 16 to which a solid imaging element 21 is connected; a rear plate part 12 protruded rearward from a part of an outer peripheral part of a rear face 11b of the front plate part 11; an internal conductor connection pad 14 which is formed on the rear face 11b of the front plate part 11 and to which an internal conductor 31 of a coaxial cable 30 is connected; and an external conductor connection pad 15 which is formed on a connection side principal face 12a on an aperture angle side to the front plate part 11 of the rear plate part 12, and to which an external conductor 32 of the coaxial cable 30 is connected, in which the internal conductor connection pad 14 and the external conductor connection pad 15 are conducted to the electrode pad 16 of the front plate part front face 11a.
