The present invention relates to a water-coffee face-to-face tea cold brew extracting method and a device thereof. The device includes: a water layer a ground coffee or tea layer below the layer, a first filter which is arranged between the ground coffee or tea layer and the water layer to prevent the ground coffee or tea in the coffee or tea layer from being mixed with the water layer and a second filter which filters the coffee or tea extracted after passing through the ground coffee or tea layer and is arranged on the lower end of the ground coffee or tea layer. The surfaces of the water layer and the ground coffee or tea layer are in contact while having the first filter there-between. The method includes a step of extracting the cold-brew coffee and tea by letting the water fall to the first filter and the ground coffee or tea layer.
