Consequently, the value of change of a magnetic field is sensed by the hall sensor, and the light emitting state of the light emitting lamp can be varied according to the value of change of a magnetic field sensed by the hall sensor. According to the light emitting float for fishing, the light emitting float for fishing comprises the case member, the magnet installation member, the inner fixing member, and the light emitting substrate member. Accordingly, the positions of the magnet and the hall sensor are varied while the magnet installation member is relatively rotated with respect to the inner fixing member. Consequently, the value of change of a magnetic field is sensed by the hall sensor, and the light emitting state of the light emitting lamp can be varied according to the value of change of a magnetic field sensed by the hall sensor.
