PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excelling osteogenesis-promotion enhancer for enhancing the activity of BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) as an osteogenesis promoter, and to provide a screening method for searching for a novel osteogenesis-promotion enhancer.SOLUTION: This osteogenesis-promotion enhancer includes a compound, having a TGF (transforming growth factor)-&beta selective inhibitory activity as an active ingredient and is administered with an osteogenesis promoter containing BMP as an active ingredient either simultaneously or sequentially.
