The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating parasitic infection in fish, containing, as an active ingredient, a Piper longum extract and a compound isolated from Piper longum. The composition of the present invention inhibits cell death in fish due to infection by Miamiensis avidus and induces death of Miamiensis avidus. Thus, the composition can be effective as an agent for preventing and treating parasitic infection in cultured fish.본 발명은 필발 (Piperlongum) 추출물 및 필발로부터 분리한 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 어류의 기생충 감염 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 스쿠티카충 감염에 따른 어류 세포 사멸을 억제하고 스쿠티카충의 사멸을 유도하므로 양식 어류의 기생충 감염 질환 예방 및 치료제로 효과적으로 사용 가능하다.
