Problematisch ist bei Kompositionen aus dem Nahrungsergänzungsmittel-Bereich, dass diese zur Behandlung von Muskeldefekten und -rissen regelmäßig hoch komplexe Zusammensetzungen vorsehen, welche nicht vorhersehbare Nebeneffekte haben und in ihrer grundsätzlichen Wirkung daher stets Nebeneinflüssen unterliegen. Insbesondere kann die Kinetik der Stofftransporte und die damit verbundene Bioverfügbarkeit nicht zuverlässig eingestellt werden.Aufgabe war es daher, eine Komposition anzugeben, welche die vorbeschriebenen Nachteile überwindet.Die Lösung erfolgt durch eine Komposition, in welcher erstmals über nur vier wesentliche, physiologisch unbedenkliche Komponenten mehrere Stoffwechselbereiche gleichzeitig und synergistisch gekoppelt verstärkt und gefördert werden. Insbesondere die nanoskalige Darreichungsform als o/w-Emulsion konnte bei Kindern mit Wolf-Hirschhorn-Syndrom erstaunliche Resultate in der Linderung der Symptome erzielen.The problem with compositions from the nutritional supplements sector is that they regularly provide highly complex compositions for the treatment of muscle defects and tears, which have unpredictable side effects and whose basic effect is therefore always subject to secondary influences.
