PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetables and fruits freshness-keeping packaging bag in which the stored vegetables and fruits can be prevented from the occurrence of mold and can be compatible with a change of storage conditions of the vegetables and fruits, while keeping the freshness of the vegetables and fruits.SOLUTION: A vegetables and fruits freshness-keeping packaging bag is made from a perforated synthetic resin film. In the perforated synthetic resin film, one or two or more through-holes are provided, and the through-hole satisfies the following conditions. The conditions are: the perforated synthetic resin film is cut in a test piece with a rectangular shape of 20 cm to 25 cm so as to contain one through-hole and when assuming that the opening area of the through-hole before applying a load is S0 and the opening area of the through-hole after applying the load is S1 in the test pieces upon providing a load of 4.9 N for 60 minutes in the center of the short side of the test piece under the condition of a room temperature (25°C), the dimensional stability calculated in the following expression (1) is 6.0% or more and 9.0% or less.
