PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing apparatus which can improve efficiency of diagnosis related to a blood stream, and an X-ray CT apparatus and a medical information processing program.SOLUTION: A medical information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, a calculation unit, a representative value extraction unit and a display control unit. The acquisition unit acquires image data including a blood vessel of a subject. The calculation unit applies fluid analysis to the image data acquired by the acquisition unit and obtains index values related to a blood stream in the blood vessel for a plurality of positions of the blood vessel. The representative value extraction unit selects a position for obtaining a first value from the plurality of positions or selects a value to be the first value from the index values at the respective positions for the index values calculated by the calculation unit.
