PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medical worker from forgetting to visit a sickroom in response to calling from a patient, and to notify the patient that the medical worker is on the way to the sickroom where the patient is present, simultaneously.SOLUTION: When a calling operation part 3 is operated, calling is reported, and sound indicating that it is a first state is output from a speaker 4, speech communication is started when a responding operation part 14 is operated, the operation of a reporting part 13 is stopped and the output of the sound from the speaker 4 is stopped. Then, when responding is ended, the speech communication is ended, and sound indicating that it is a second state is output from the speaker 4. The sound is stopped by a restoration operation device 6. Thus, since the sound indicating the second state is output from the speaker 4 even when the responding is ended, the restoration operation device 6 needs to be operated in order to stop the sound, and a medical worker has to go to a sickroom.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者からの呼び出しに対して、医療従事者が病室への訪問を忘れないようにすることと、医療従事者が患者の居る病室へ向かっている最中であることを患者に通知することとを同時に実現できるようにする。【解決手段】呼出操作部3が操作された場合に、呼び出しの報知を行うとともに、第一の状態であることを示す音声をスピーカー4から出力し、応答操作部14が操作された場合に、通話を開始し、報知部13の動作を停止させて、スピーカー4からの音声の出力を停止させる。そして、応答が終了した場合に、通話を終了し、第二の状態であることを示す音声をスピーカー4から出力する。この音声は復旧操作装置6により停止させられる。これにより、応答が終了した場合でもスピーカー4から第二の状態を示す音声が出力されるので、これを停止するためには、復旧操作装置6を操作する必要があり、医療従事者は病室へ行かなければならなくなる。【選択図】図1
