According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for removing a foreign substance from a chamber including an inlet port and a drain port comprises: a support frame which is detachable from the inside of the chamber, and has at least one rail a nozzle frame disposed to be movable on the rail, wherein a flow path connected to the inlet port of the chamber is formed inside, and at least one penetration hole communicating with the flow path is formed on one side thereof and at least one nozzle unit connected to the penetration hole to spray washing water into the chamber.
