PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphate-binding polymer tablet that has a high content of a principal agent, is excellent in phosphate binding ability and quickly disintegrates in an acidic to neutral region while being less affected by agitation intensity, and also, is an excellent preparation capable of minimizing variations in bioavailability due to the movement in the digestive tract and the pH value.SOLUTION: There are provided a tablet and a method for producing the same.
