PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a de-astringent persimmon, the method that is simple and safe.SOLUTION: A processing method is provided for performing astringency removal of a persimmon by fixing a de-astringent member 10 with alcohol impregnated therein on the stem 22 of the persimmon 20 before harvest or after the harvest. The de-astringent member (10) includes two or more sheet members (11, 12) having breathability, and a super-absorbent polymer (13) sandwiched between the two or more sheet members (11, 12) and with the alcohol impregnated therein. An astringency removal treatment method can fix the de-astringent member (10) on the stem of the persimmon before harvesting from a tree.EFFECT: When performing the astringency removal by the astringency removal treatment method, it is not necessary to enclose the persimmon in a package bag and the astringency removal of the persimmon can be performed while being exposed to the outside, and thereby a work load of a producer can greatly be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡便かつ安全な脱渋柿の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】収穫前または収穫後の柿20のヘタ22の上に,アルコールを含浸させた脱渋部材10を定置して,柿の実の脱渋を行なう処理方法。前記脱渋部材(10)は,通気性を有する複数のシート部材(11,12)と,前記複数のシート部材(11,12)の間に挟み込まれ,前記アルコールが含浸した高吸水性樹脂(13)と,を備え,木から収穫する前の柿のヘタの上に前記脱渋部材(10)を定置することも可能である脱渋処理方法。【効果】前記脱渋処理方法により,脱渋を行う際に,柿の実を包装袋等に封入する必要がなくなり,外気に露出したままでも柿の脱渋を行うことができるため,生産者の作業負担を大幅に軽減することができる。【選択図】図2
