PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which quality of drinking water to be produced is maintained at a certain level or higher and furthermore the production cost of the drinking water can be reduced, when a drinking water production filling system is managed.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for management of a drinking water production filling system in which drinking water is produced by treating raw water and the drinking water is filled into a bottle. The method is used for a plurality of drinking water production filling systems and includes: management information collection memory means for collecting and storing information of predetermined management items in a drinking water production filling step of the a plurality of drinking water production filling systems； and criteria leading out means for leading out optimal management criteria in the predetermined management items at the time point from information stored in the management information collection memory means.
