The present invention relates to a mixing-promoting device for an intravenous fluid and gas. The mixing-promoting device promotes mixing process by mixing medical carbonic acid gas and intravenous fluid, which are used in various procedures such as operations or liposuction, in a single device and then allowing the fluid and the gas to be mixed uniformly while being supplied through a line. To this end, the device is installed near a needle which is inserted on a surgical area, and the mixing-promoting device for the intravenous fluid and gas comprises a mesh filter installed therein.
