PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cleaning liquid from counterflowing toward the tap water side by reliably switching between a supply circuit of the cleaning liquid and a supply circuit of the tap water in a medical unit.SOLUTION: A device for switching and cleaning fluid circuits of a medical unit is provided with a fluid circuit switching means which once separates a water supply source circuit A on the side of a water pressure source 2 from a fluid supply source circuit B from a fluid tank 11 on the side of an air pressure source 9 so that they may be out of touch and then connects one of the fluid circuits with a fluid circuit 29 in the medical unit. A fluid circuit switching means comprises: a switching means 1 which blocks the water supply source circuit A and connects the fluid supply source circuit B from the fluid tank 11 with the fluid circuit 29 a switching means 2 which blocks the fluid supply source B from the fluid tank 11 and connects the water supply source circuit A with the fluid circuit 29 and a switching means 3 which blocks both the fluid supply source B and the water supply source circuit A and blocks a fluid supply port toward the fluid circuit 29 in the medical unit so that the three circuits may be out of touch.
