PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel capable of performing the adjustment of moderation feeling or a waterproof property, without preparing the elastic members of different sizes.SOLUTION: The fishing reel includes a rotary member 30 and a non-rotary member 33b, and one of them is a shaft member and the other one has an inner circumferential surface 30e having a circular cross section having a coaxial center with the shaft member at the outer circumferential side of the shaft member.
