An individually wrapped product is formed by wrapping the napkin in the ready-to-wrap state by the wrapping material. The wrapping material includes a belt-shaped material which surrounds the ready-to-wrap napkin across the entire circumference of the ready-to-wrap napkin. A width of the belt-shaped material is shorter than a length of the ready-to-wrap napkin in the width direction of the belt-shaped material.
