An individually wrapped product (1W) is formed by wrapping the napkin (1R) in the ready to wrap state by the wrapping material (20). The wrapping material (20) includes a belt shaped material (21) which surrounds the ready to wrap napkin (1R) across the entire circumference of the ready to wrap napkin (1R). A width (LW) of the belt shaped material (21) is shorter than a length (LN) of the ready to wrap napkin (1R) in the width direction of the belt shaped material (21).
