PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect closing of a channel by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A closed end channel 31 with one closed end is provided on a downstream side with respect to a position, to which a cylinder 11 is connected, of a channel part 7, and a liquid level detection sensor 32 is provided in a position in which a liquid medicine flows into the closed end channel 31 when pressure reaches pressure equal to or higher than threshold pressure in which it is considered that the channel part 7 is closed.
