First and second walls that are respectively positioned at the first and second ends, which have support members that are secured together and arranged to form a lattice with portals and panels secured within the portals. There is a fan secured in at least one of the portals, and an entryway located within with first wall. A covering member is secured to the frame, and an evaporative cooler located in proximity the second wall.
