PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic diagnostic device, and a method of manufacturing the ultrasonic probe that can restrain characteristic variations of ultrasonic waves transmitted and received by a plurality of piezoelectric elements.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe (20) including a plurality of piezoelectric elements (201) for each transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves includes: a piezoelectric body (23) at least one layer of acoustic matching layer (24a and 24b) provided on the piezoelectric body and a filler (26) that has filled a groove (25) formed from an outermost surface at an opposite side to the piezoelectric body side of the at least one layer of acoustic matching layer to the inside of the piezoelectric body so as to divide the piezoelectric body into divisions corresponding to the respective piezoelectric elements.
