PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate change of configuration of a leading part depending on a patient.SOLUTION: A leading part 10 includes: a base part 11 a plurality of weights 12a, 12b, 12c arranged nearly in line and a plurality of sheath-shaped flexible covers 13a, 13b, 13c. At least one weight is stored and held in each of the plurality of covers. The the plurality of covers are successively overlapped and attached to the base part in such a way that one weight and a cover for storing and holding the one weight are stored in a cover for storing and holding a weight arranged farther from the base part than the one weight.
