PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held electrically powered device for skin treatment.SOLUTION: The hand-held electrically powered device comprises: a housing 41 designed to be held in the palm of a hand； a first outer electrode 7 mounted on the housing which is in contact with the palm when the device is held by the user； a second outer electrode 20 placeable on the area of skin to be treated； and an electrical energy source 30 mounted on the housing and including poles (+ pole, - pole) which are electrically connected to the electrodes during operation of the device. The second outer electrode is arranged on one side portion of the housing, and an electrically operated vibrator 15 is fixed by a socket on a side wall of the housing.
