In particular, the air conditioner and ventilator includes an external air ventilator and an internal air ventilator, which condition air inside the container by supplying cool air or warm air thereto, and at the same time, introduce or discharge the outside air or inside air. Accordingly, the modular mushroom cultivation system creates an optimized environment for mushroom cultivation inside the container, and stably maintains the optimized environment at the same time.
